We also offer English practice sessions and OTC medicine tutorials with local NZ pharmacists, spending time on Zoom. These sessions aren’t just educational—they’re diagnostic. They help us gauge each candidate’s ability to communicate, learn, and adapt. And they give our candidates a head start.

It also gives us a big advantage when it comes to forming a wait list for the best candidates. Having spent time in a Zoom class, we are more likely to know who will assist your customers, answer queries in the shop, and on the phone for you (from the get-go).
